While Mark treats every client’s case seriously, car accident cases carry special significance. In 1995, his wife Jaime was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident in which she was almost killed. After being airlifted to a hospital, she was fortunate to survive, though she still to this day suffers from pain as a result of that wreck. These events make Mark especially motivated to see that justice is achieved on behalf of each of each of his clients.
Mark comes from a generation of attorneys—his father is a lawyer and his grandfather was a lawyer. He enjoys crafting an argument for his clients and grasps the importance of being persuasive in and out of the courtroom. Though every case is unique and the roadmap may vary, Mark knows that one constant that must always be there is hard work. He knows that while he may be fortunate enough to handle many cases throughout his career, each client usually only has one case—and that client has entrusted this case to him. Mark views this as a great honor and takes this trust seriously.
Mark wants his clients to feel safe, confident, and gain peace of mind when retaining his representation. He enjoys the challenge of fighting insurance adjusters and attorneys on behalf of his clients, doing everything in his power to obtain the best possible outcome, whether that means settling the case or taking the case to trial.
For Mark, the most rewarding part of his job is when the case is finally over and he is able to provide the good news to his clients. Seeing them so excited about the positive resolution is a unique experience for Mark every time.
